CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ... a drama! - PLANET FITNESS, NORTH CAROLINA
I concur with all the customer that have a similar complaint with the service. I had a similar situation when trying to cancel it, i just did not need it any longer. The PF systems is designed for you to make it near impossible to cancel, and if you don't check your bank autopay statements, they will bill you with things that you won't like. I wanted to cancel, and they gave me the work around, tthe why? they took $46 from my checking, I asked, they said, because this will guarantee good service ... bla bla bla ... file a complaint with corporate, never hear about it. Location is Cary, North Carolina. There is a wall of separation between Franchise owners and the customer ,they will ignore you over and over and over ... bad business practice, crooks!
